As a certified systemic coach, emotionally focused therapist (EFT), soft skills trainer and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in both individual and organizational psychology, I’m dedicated to helping individuals, couples, groups and teams build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Inspired by my own experiences in a family marked by unspoken truths, difficult dynamics and unresolved conflicts, I set out to learn a new way, rooted in trust, connection and understanding.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). Through my evidence-based approach, I help clients uncover their needs and communication patterns, empowering them to create secure, creative and lasting relationships across all areas of life.

My goal is to guide you in navigating relationships in an intelligent and constructive way.
